This Privacy Policy is a binding contract and you must agree to it in order to access our website and use our e-learning products. In addition, any change we make will be binding on you so its important to come back often to check for updates.

Personal Information We Collect

In order for you to register with us, you must, at the minimum, provide us with an e-mail address, user name, and password. Additional details, such as your name, address, telephone number, and payment information, may be required by us for subsequent communications, for example if you request an invoice. We accept payments through PayPal, and they have their own terms of service and privacy policies that you must agree to, including the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. We will not disclose any information that you provide to us except in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

In addition to the above, we collect information about how you interact with this website, including a record of your practice sessions.  This is needed to support the functionality we make available to you.  We will also receive any information you provide on the online forum, or any communications you may have with RiskPrep’s author(s) or support.

We do not collect any credit card information as most payments to us are received from PayPal.  Paypal does not share credit card information with us. 

Non-Personal Information We Collect

When you access our website, we may collect such things as your IP address, browser, operating system, and other general information about our visitors. This information, on its own, cannot usually be used to identify you.

Account Information

When setting up your account, you should take steps to select a username and password that is different from what you use for other sensitive websites (such as banking or healthcare sites).  This will protect you in case a cyber attack or other inadvertent event causes a compromise of our website.

You must not provide your login details to any third party. Not only is this a breach of your account’s security, but it would also violate our Terms of Service. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, or you are no longer able to access your account, you must notify us immediately with full details so that we can take the necessary action to secure your account.
