Anyone know if PRMIA is offering Diagnostic Exams for PRM Candiates? (They used to under the 2011 Syllabus) but I don’t find anything on their website except for Associate PRM)
May 19, 2016 at 6:33 pm #1162AnonymousGuestHi, I’ve asked and was told that they don’t have any available at the moment.
May 19, 2016 at 7:02 pm #1163AnonymousGuestWithout the diagnostics exams, how would anybody prepare themselves properly for Exam III 2015 edition? I know riskprep has updated questions, but the diagnostics exams really did help me out when writing the exam. Arghh….
May 20, 2016 at 1:49 pm #1165AnonymousGuestHi,
A further response I have received from them states that you have to be a sustaining or contributing member to be be able to purchase the diagnostic exams. The response before this was that the 2015 exams were not available.
so…I don’t know, try some KESDEES questions.
Good luck!June 14, 2016 at 1:00 pm #1164AnonymousGuestThis is the response I got from them..mainly a plug for their new training software
Currently, we do not have a mock exam available for the 2015 edition. PRMIA is currently in the process of developing a diagnostic exam. We do not have a date for its release at this time, but will notify members once it is available.
The NextThought program is an online training tool. Using PowerPoint presentations and risk management experts, it complements the material covered in the PRM handbooks. Each section consists of 5 self-assessment questions, but does not include a bank of questions like the PRM diagnostic exam. For more information on the NextThought Training go to http://www.prmia.org/prm-exam/online-training
Sustaining members receive 25% off, contributing members 10% off. Email support@pmria.org for your discount code.A few 2011 sample questions can be found at the link below as well. Again, these are for the 2011 version, but may be helpful in learning what types of questions to expect.
