Do I need to know Excel on the exam?

Hey guys. Going to write Exam 2 sometime soon (first exam to write). In the material, there are some “Excel” discussion. Do I need to know them?

For my Engineering work and now for risk modelling, I use MATLAB. So from a personal perspective, I don’t really need to know the Excel commands. But for testing purposes, do I need to know? Thanks.
