Exam 3: Most recent handbook update

Hi,

I am just starting my preparation for exam 3 and having read the 1st chapter it seems a bit out of date. ‘Basel II Accord – Latest Proposals’ is often mentioned but Basel II has been finalised since 2008/9. I just want to make sure that I have the latest handbook (Updated April 2010) and, as ‘Explain the Basel Norms’ is one of the learning outcome statements, does anyone know if Basel III is to be covered at all in the exam?

The latest handbook should say “Updated: April 2011” (Vol III anyway)

I found recent October 2012 PRM 3 Exam Study Guide update. Did anyone find the difference?
I saw only Calculator Usage chapter update.

As of I know, the calculator change is the only change recently.

There is a supplemental paper that you can download from the PRMIA website. You’ll need it. It is a focus area.
