GuestHi,
I purchased the volume 3 yesterday, and My digital link was activated almost instantaneously. However I actually did not like the digital PageSuite format. It was not very convinient to read on the screen and the navigation was not the easy enough.
To my surprise I got a mail from PRMIA just now that they are testing a new product LockLizard and the maildetailed the steps to access the handnbook through that Locklizard. This new product is really good and quite similar to adobe reader. Navigation is easy and convient to read. However you need to install a new software and your prmia information is captured. It publishes some watermarks with the user details in the handbook thereby minimizing the possibility of sharing and copyright infringement. There is a print option also which I am yet to use as I doont have printer at my home.
Just wanted to share the new development. Other users please share their experiences.
Thanks

GuestRemember about copyrights. There are watermarks with your name on document.

GuestI purchased Vol 3 too. Tried to print to pdf from LockLizard, but was not successful (got a message saying pdf printer is not allowed). I managed to print 2 sets directly from PageSuite – 1 set to a normal printer, and the other to a pdf printer. A painful procedure, but necessary for me to read it from my iPad. There is no watermark if you print from PageSuite. The pdf file size is pretty large – around 150MB. I think it got printed as a pdf graphic.
I think PRMIA introduced this measure to minimize piracy. I guess making a pdf for your personal use should be ok. I don’t like LockLizard (Windows 7) – the tabs & menus are too small.
