    I bought softcopy version of PRM handbook. Want to check anyone of you

    a) how to get hard copy from that? Seems lot of restriction on printing the document due to lock viewer.

    b) does this document open on kindle?

    I have the full set of printed books for sale on ebay now, 2015 edition.
