I (and others on this forum) will unfortunately not be able to help you with this as what you are asking for would be in violation of copyright laws. The only way to get the PRM handbook is through PRMIA’s website – all else is not something I could support or recommend. PRMIA is a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers, and net receipts go to promoting the profession.
You could of course try to look for a second hand copy of the handbook from someone who has already written the exam – but I suspect the market for that is probably not all that liquid. If your employer supports your education, perhaps you could try expensing it, or buying the hardcopy for the office ‘library’ – just a thought.
(One thing I wanted to mention is that the softcopy even after you have paid for it is DRM protected, and you can go through it only on the PRMIA website when you are online. You cannot save it in any way for browsing when offline. Which is why you might prefer the hardcopy when you buy.)
